Once part of our affiliate program, you will have the opportunity to generate revenue by placing Jerusalem Fields links and banners on your site or have your own domain. and you create the commission rate that would like to receive!

Q?Can I change or cancel a bulk order?
A.

We strive on being fast and professional! Since we are fast, we usually start printing the day after. Therefore, changes or cancellations on bulk orders are only accepted before 11:59 pm ET on the same day the order is placed. Please contact us before then.

Q?Can I return a bulk order?
A.

We can only accept returns on damaged or misprinted products. Since items in a bulk order are customized, correctly produced items are not returnable.

Q?Can I provide input on the product, designs, sports and/or activities to custom website?
A.

Yes, send us the design you have and we can upload it into our system. As far as the products, we strive to offer a large selection of products for different sports and activities. If you don't see what you need, let us know!

Q?To have a custom website for my school event what must I have?
A.

The one thing you must have is an valid paypal account. This is how the commission will be paid to your school or event organizer.

Q?How do obtain a quote?
A.

The easiest way to obtain a quote is to visit our production site at JF prints , chose a product, design and amount. Then you will instantly have a quote. If your not sure about the design but know the printing style and amount you can use our quote page. If you need a quote on an event with multiple items contact Rogalene at 919-977-5641.

Q?What is the minimum T-shirts?
A.

It depends on the technique we use. If you would like screen printing (best for large events), the minimum is 12. Other techniques that we use for sportswear such as sublimation, or heat transfer materiel may require no minimum.

Q?What is print ready artwork?
A.

Vector artwork is works the best for all types of printing. Ask your graphic designer for .ai or .cdr files or the orginal artwork. If you have any questions, just send us the artwork!

Q?Can I bring my own materiel to print on?
A.

For most cases no. Mainly because we cannot guarantee the product. In approved cases a drop shipment of substrates can be used.

Q?When is the payment due?
A.

After the artwork is approved full payment is due. In approved cases a PO is accepted.
